P0710Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor "A" Circuit

A sensor measures the temperature of the transmission fluid. This code means the computer found a fault in that sensor's circuit. Without a good temperature reading, the computer cannot properly manage shifts and torque converter lockup, which it adjusts based on fluid temperature.
