P2111Throttle Actuator Control System - Stuck Open

The computer determined that the electronic throttle plate is stuck in an open position and is not closing as commanded. A throttle that will not close can cause unexpected engine speed and is a safety concern. The system will usually go into a protective reduced-power mode.
