P0087Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too Low

The engine computer detected that fuel pressure in the rail or fuel system is lower than it should be. The engine is not getting enough fuel pressure to run correctly, especially under load. On diesel and direct-injection engines this often forces the engine into reduced-power mode. Running with low fuel pressure can starve the engine and stress fuel system parts.
