P0137O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)

The downstream oxygen sensor on bank 1 (after the catalytic converter) is reporting a steady low voltage, read as too much oxygen in the exhaust or a circuit problem. Because this rear sensor mostly checks the catalytic converter, the fault usually does not change how the car drives. The cause is often the sensor, its wiring, or an exhaust leak.
