P0123Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit High

The voltage on the throttle or pedal position 'A' circuit is higher than the allowed maximum. This often points to a short to voltage, an open ground, or a sensor fault. The computer may read the throttle as wide open when it is not.
