P0124Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit Intermittent

The throttle or pedal position 'A' signal dropped out or jumped erratically in a way the computer flagged as intermittent. The connection or sensor is breaking up rather than failing fully. These faults can come and go, which makes them harder to pin down.
