The engine computer detected a circuit problem with the upstream oxygen sensor on bank 2 — the front, pre-catalytic-converter sensor on the engine bank that does not contain cylinder 1 (found on V6, V8, and some flat engines). This sensor measures exhaust oxygen so the computer can tune the fuel mixture for that bank. A circuit fault means the signal is missing, out of range, or abnormal.
