P0342Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)

The camshaft position sensor on bank 1 (or the only sensor) is sending a voltage that is too low or missing. The computer uses this sensor to know cam position for fuel and spark timing. A low signal can make the engine slow to start and run roughly.
