P0344Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)

The camshaft position sensor signal on bank 1 (or the only sensor) is cutting out now and then instead of staying steady. Because the computer uses cam position for timing and cylinder identification, an intermittent dropout can cause occasional stalling, hard starts, or rough running. These are often wiring or heat-related faults.
