P2138Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "D"/"E" Voltage Correlation

The accelerator pedal uses two position sensors (D and E) that must track together. The computer found that these two pedal position signals do not agree within the allowed tolerance. Because the driver's throttle request is uncertain, the system usually reduces power for safety.
