P0010"A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1)

The engine computer found an electrical problem in the circuit that controls the intake ("A") camshaft timing actuator on bank 1. This actuator (an oil-control valve) adjusts when the valves open and close. The computer either sees a wiring fault or the valve is not responding as commanded.
