P0015"B" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Bank 1)

The computer detected that the exhaust ("B") camshaft on bank 1 is timed too far retarded compared to what it commanded. The variable valve timing system is not moving the camshaft to the correct position, typically from an oil control or actuator problem.
