P0018Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 2 Sensor A)

The computer compared the crankshaft position signal to the bank 2 intake camshaft position signal and found they do not align correctly. The intake camshaft on bank 2 is out of sync with the crankshaft, commonly from a stretched timing chain, a VVT fault, or a sensor problem. Severe misalignment can risk engine damage.
