P0121Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit Range/Performance

The throttle or pedal position 'A' signal is present but its value does not match what the computer expects, for example it does not agree with airflow, a second sensor, or known idle/wide-open positions. The signal is out of range or tracks poorly. The computer cannot fully trust the throttle reading.
